A question for TEAMS experts:
In the past, we were able to set the Teams to ring the call on the PC speaker and have users use headset for communication. Now, it can either ring in the headset and be used for communication that way or it can ring on the speakers and users can use the build in microphone and speaker for communication. The original option is gone. I am still working with Microsoft on the issue, but I was told it could have been a “bug” the way it worked for us. Interesting thing is that when we try to use PC speaker as secondary ringer, it seems to be working fine will calls but chat notifications are only going to the headset. Anyone had similar issue?
