Teams Optimization

Hi Everyone

We have been using MS Teams with VoIP for some time. Since about 3 weeks we have problems with external calls. Sometimes we were not heard, language only in one direction. The optimization is displayed and also works wonderfully with teams to teams call.
Has anyone had similar experiences lately?

I little late on the reply, but I am having intermittent issues with this as well.

Horizon 2103, AppVol 2103, Instant Clones, writable UIA+Profile 75% of users work fine with Optimized Teams.  The rest have one-way sharing issue (they can see but can't share or vice-versa)  A few have even reported being in an active meeting and seeing the share, then it goes black after 20 minutes and never comes back.

I have an open ticket with VMware now, but no feedback yet
