Teams Optimization and non-Teams browser based WebRTC conferencing?

Hello,

I was introduced to an issue today where a user would launch a conference (BlueJeans) via Chrome and their camera was pixelated at insane levels, worse than standard RTAV.

I noticed the BlueJeans url was using WebRTC and thought that this could have been impacted by my recent deployment of Teams with the WebRTC enabled, but I know that to be functional only for the Teams app? Has anyone come across this issue?

I've just disabled the GPO for Teams, and restarted some test VDI machines and here is me now. Shoutout to Johan
