Tagging VLAN ID in Virtual Machine guest OS for a linked clone pool

I have an environment that requires desktops in a linked-clone pool to have the VLAN ID in the guest OS to be tagged once recomposed (Device Manager --> Network adapters --> Advanced --> VLAN ID --> Value).  Does anyone know whether there is a command or script I can use to tag the vlan?  The desktops have a mix of VMXNET3 and E1000 NICs.

Thanks.

This isn't something you can place in the image?

Might be able to set it in the NIC properties here:

It looks like the tag gets removed when the linked clones are created.  I'm currently looking into using PowerShell.

Yeah if it's an option there then it should be available to change with PowerShell post desktop creation.
