TRUESSO error on VDI login passthrough

We are currently tested TrueSSO with Workspaceone Access.  We are seeing this issue when we try to click on our VDI pool.

 We are able to pass our testing using the True SSO diag tool from FLINGS on the enrollment server and VDI desktop.  Successfully performed Cert logon test.

Starting the test with a plain image.. To see the CA is broken our the VDI image

We are still not able to pinpoint the core issues with this error

We are also seeing the similar error but do not know what is the causing the issue.
