TPAutoconnect.exe Application Error

Since moving to View 5.1 we now see random occurences of this message box error when we reconnect to disconnected View sessions. Has anyone else experienced this? We have raised a call with VMware but they seem to be struggling to find the cause.

Has anyone resolved this issue?  We are seeing this issue intermittently in our environment as well.  I've seen a few similar things in our environment as I see in this post.  We are on view 5.1.2 and have TrendMicro DMS 8 sp1, and using Dell 6410 laptops.  We have other laptops in our environment, but have seen it more commonly on a specific users laptop.  What happens is a user will connect with a view client from their desktop, authentication goes through but the screen is black.  If you close the client, and reconnect you will go back to your session but this time the screen works and an error is displayed about the TPAutoconnect

We ended up moving away from ThinPrint and just started using GP printers. While is a bit more management on IT staff. We tried everything. Latest build of client, agent, nothing seemed to solve it completely. VMware acted like they have never heard of the issue before.
