Sysprep Instead of Cloneprep

Since day 1  I have been using Qickprep for all my VDI Desktops.  Now i am getting into an issue where i need to use Sysprep.  Primariy for unique ID's.  Is it possible to use Sysprep with Intstant Clone Desktops?  And if so is there a KB?  Any help is appreciated.

You cannot use Sysprep with Instant Clones.
