Swedish keyboard layout

HI!

We are having huge problems with the keyboard layout in the view client for ipad, it does not seem to support the swedish keyboard layout. Are there any future plans of implementing more keyboard layouts, this is a really annoying and sad to say very big problem for our users needing to access their desktops through their ipads.

Hi Jakob.  THis is a change that is needed in the Broker for View.  The fix is slated for the next release of View in 2012.  We apologize for the issues.

In the docs, there is a work around for this until the server piece is fixed.

Make the keyboard layout on the VDI English and the iPad layout to your preferred language.  this will work fine.  Yes it is not what we all want for now, but it works.

All right. So what you are suggesting is that i change the language on the VM to "English" and the iPad to "Swedish" and this will let me use our swedish characters in the view desktop?
