Sudden disconnect from VDI

hi

My users gets disconnected for no reason!

in the event log:

"(Request2582) Request failed: com.vmware.vdi.ob.tunnelservice.cx: Failed whilst returning body: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error"

They are getting pissed. so i need help.

Im using view 4, vsphere 4.
