Some of our View users (View 6.2.4) complain that sometimes and only for few seconds a black screen appear on their VDI sessions. After 2, 3 seconds it come back to the expected screen and they continue to work.
Before and after, the sessions are very stable and fast. This happens randomly, not every day and also not for every user. It happens for users within the LAN as well as coming from external offices using the Security servers. It happens on Thinclients as well as on Windows Notebooks. All of them using PCoiP.
I did not find any hints to solve that issue or at least on which components this could happen.
