When the Horizon Agent was installed was USB Redirection installed?

Can you share an architecture diagram?

Are Security Servers, UAG or connection servers with tunneling in use?

Yes, USB redirection was installed.

In the device manager of the Windows IoT OS on the Thin Client, the reader shows up. In the VDI environment, nothing. Whats interesting is I can "ping" the card reader from a command prompt in the VDI environment. Its as if its there just not showing up on the GUID side.

I read that by default Windows will not allow card reader redirection. I have found some info online suggesting the registry of the thin client needs to be edited to allow. I have not had any success with creating keys and multi string values.

Have you engaged the thin client vendor to see if they have any specific recommendations?
