We enforce smart card logins into our VDI environment, and we use Dell 5070 thinOS clients with Win10 1803 instant clones and vGPU.
We have a handful of users that run into smart card issues when they lock their session and try to unlock their session the smart card isn't read by the clients and they need to reboot the client. Looking at the debug logs I see this right around the time the user tried to re-login to their session:

This doesn't happen all the time, but consistently enough that it's becoming a burden. Anyone else run into weird smart card issues with locking VDI machines? What could be causing the virtual channel to close?
