hi folks,

when i will connect the view manager with a view 4 client with (a smart card logon is required)

comes the following error message

Smart Card/Certificate Authentication will not be used as not configured for SSL

In the eventlog comes only one suggestive

Smart Card/Certificate Authentication will not be used as not configured for SSL

When i connect with a RDP connection the smart card works fine.

What´s wrong

SSL is required for smart card authentication. Did you disable it on the View Connection Server?

the view manager allows only ssl connection

I know it`s an old post but have you managed to sort out the issue?We are having the same problemswith View 4.6 after we changed our root CA.
