Is it still too much of a security risk to enable inter-VM TPS even in a Horizon environment?
This ultimatley ends up to my least favorite answer, it depends. Its the same thing with the l1 terminal fault and the fixes for that, do the extra security percautions outweigh the need for efficency and performance. The higher the security needs for the use case the less likely you can ignore these.
