Skype Virtualization Pack event log error, always in fallback mode

In troubleshooting another issue, we have found that recently the Skype Virtualization pack for View always starts in fallback mode. I also see this event in the application log. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Resolved, -this was with View agent 7.7. By reverting to agent 7.3.2, the Skype Virtualization pack is working. USB redirection appears to be working better too. Often times, a connect, disconnect and reconnect was required for USB to redirect.

As any one else experienced issues like this?
