Single Image for Multiple Thin-Clients? View Manager?

We are currently using Neoware/HP Thin-Clients, and I just got a e-mail to download Vmware View Manager. Our Rep for HP/Neoware said that it is possible or will be possible to have a single Image for a desktop and have multiple people connect to that single image for their desktop. And when you need to update, you update the single image and it will update all the other desktops connected to that single image. Is this possible now and if so is anyone using this, how does it work?
