Hi, we are coming across certain situations where users cannot connect to their View desktops via PCoiP protocol. We can connect externally through security server in most cases, so we are confident the issue is with whatever network they happen to be on. That said, it would be useful if there was a little utility or app which one could run which would test pcoip connectivity from the desktop to the view infrastructure and confirm connectivity end to end and provide a brief diagnostic if anything fails (and also give us something to show network admins so they will open required outbound ports). Does anyone know if such a utility exists, or have suggestions for testing pcoip connectivity that don't include installing wireshark and capturing packets?
