Since my Windows 10 upgrade several months back, my VMware Horizon client doesn't recognize my shift key, control key nor mouse wheel. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have spent hours scouring the internet for anyone experiencing a similar issue. To date, I've found nothing... so I'm hoping one of you can help me find the secret setting I'm missing...
I'm running 4.5.0 build-5615124 on Windows 10 Home 64bit on a Dell XPS with an i7-2.2Ghz running 8Gb RAM.
I've tried switching between multiple keyboards and mice; but currently am using a Microsoft wireless set.
I'll take any tips you've got... Horizon is all-but useless to me without the Control and Shift keys.

Please check if the Windows 10 OS version falls under supported OS as mentioned in the KB 2149393

v4.7.0... same issue.
Is there maybe some piece of an old version still installed on my machine? Maybe a registry entry that is left over?
