Shadow - Desktop VM's on VDI

I would like to know, if any option available to shadow the desktop VM’s on VDI for the troubleshooting team.

Similar to Citrix Shadow feature? If any possibility on VDI ?

When a user access the XP desktop via VDI, it appears to be in locked state on the Virtual center console for that particular XP machine.

Have you thought about using XP's Remote Assistance? Here's a couple of threads that discuss that and other options. On the 2nd thread this is a registry change that might be helpful as well.
