Set up VMware Horizon to work with Skype for Business

We'd like to install Skype for business client in VMware Horizon virtual desktops and allow users to connect to it from local machines. I checked MS article saying configuration is required for the remote desktop applications but only Windows RDC is mentioned.

Can anyone share some expeirence about what I need to do to configure horizon to work with Skype for business?

Currently, I've installed Lync VDI plug-in on my local PC but when I sign in Skype on horizon virtual desktop, it seems the plug-in is not detected.
