I work in an environment where all endusers use an HP thinclient to connect to a non persistent floating desktop. He are running View Horizon 7.1.0 build-5170113 and for the most part all is fine, but I have some users (nothing is consistent) that get disconnected at various times of night.
I was wondering where/what logs should I look for that may contain disconnect notifications? I have searched the usual, Events from web admin and all it shows is user logged off?!? Agent is also reporting that the user has disconnected from their desktop, but these disconnects and log offs are happening late at night (12am or 2am).
