I have a user who constantly works remote, then comes into the office and can't connect back to his desktop. Below entry is all over his log, but we only use BLAST, so I don't see why there would be a "session switch"
From the logs, consistently see this
ERROR (08A0-0DA0) <3488> [wsnm_desktop] vmwProtocolCnx::sessionSwitch(): session switch failure
What's the type of client that user used in the remote system and also office system? (Zero Client / App / Web Access ....)
Did you ever check the internal system in office supports the Blast protocol or not?
