Server license on Vmware View 4.0

I want to make Desktop virtualisation with Vmware View 4.0. I read, that with the VMware View starter Kit, the license allowes you to run also three virtual servers. But the idea is to use this three servers to run the vCenter, the vAdmin and the vSecure on this three virtual servers.

I don't need the vSecure. Can I use the free virtual server to run one of my applications on it?

Does this work and is this allowed in the license conditions?

No, this is not allowed. You may only run components required for the View environment on the "free" vCenter/ESX hosts.
