Security Server Install - Pairring issue

Hi there

I tried to setup a Security Server but i hint to problem on pairing password.

I check on the log, i found the follow:

Anyone have similar problem before, please advise.
Connection Server version: 5.1.0-704644

I've never had any issues when I've set the pairing passwords?    Have you verified that all of your required ports between the CB and SS were open?  What about trying a different password?

For troubleshooting, both server were located within the same vlan.

I did try with different password, but no luck.
