There is an interface through the Security Console that allows the
administrator to download the "sdconf.rec" file (which I assume is
what you are really looking for):
Access -> Authentication Agents -> Generate Configuration
File
(The number of retries and the time between each retry can also be
adjusted from this interface before generation.)
