Scripted start of recompose operations

Hello,

We would like to automate the following steps via a simple scipt in vmWare vSphere and  Horizon View.

1.) Create a Snapshot from a machine

2.) Attach this snapshot to an existing Floating Linked Clones Pool

3.) Start the recompose based on this new Snapshot.

Whilst creating the Snapshot via API should be not a problem I havent found any API commands to perform the operations on the Horizoin View part.

Is there an API with the required commands? Where can I find documentation about it?

Any help is highly appriciated.
