Screen resolution issues using 2 x iMac display via Thunderbolt connection.

I have a primary screen of: iMac 5k 27" 2019 and a secondary screen of iMac 27-inch, late 2013

The secondary iMac is running as a second monitor to the first linked by thunderbolt cable.

The primary screen works perfectly

The secondary screen image is offset by 4cm up and to the left of where the OS thinks the screen is (e.g. mouse), by playing with screen positioning you can shift the problem to the 5k screen - so it is definitely a primary/secondary screen issue and not just because its two screens with different resolutions.

Has anyone seen issues with iMac's in this configuration?

Using Horizon View 7.8, latest horizon client for MAC

Nvidia GRID M60-1b profile.

Have tried the usual re-install of graphics driver and view agent but no luck.

Thanks

Which protocol are you using to connect? Did you try with Blast?

Make sure you are running client version 5.4 and take a look at: Monitors and Screen Resolution

Using Full-Screen Mode with Multiple Monitors

Also enable the DPI sync and test:

Hi,

The screen resolution is supported so would expect this to work with pcoip and horizon.

RDP seems to work with no screen cut off.

thanks
