Screen Resizing on iPad or Android with Win 10

Hello All,

Just curious if anyone is having the same issue and if there might be a fix for this.  Whenever our docs are using their iPads or Surface and they have teh mouse in touch mode instead or scroll mode they are unable to magnify their screen.  This seems to only happen with Windows 10.  All works well on Windows 7 but we need to move on from that version.  We have teh latest and greatest client and we are currently running View 7.0.1.  Soon to upgrade as well to 7.2.  Anyone seen this??  Any help is appreciated.

This is expected behavior. On iOS client,  Settings-> Touch ->Windows Native Touch Gestures is enabled for win10 desktop. If nativew touch gesture is enabled, you will not be able to zoom in/out the desktop screen.

Workaround:  you could turn this setting off so that you could magnify the desktop screen.
