Schedule Tasks Are not working for Image

Hi everyone,  could you please help me to shed some light on an issue we are having with out image.  I have two scheduled tasks that must be performed:

1. To license a software package to the system

2. To license software to the user.

When I publish the image and test, neither of the tasks have run.  I know they do work, as I have built the exact same image on a VMware workstation machine and it works fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

What type of desktop pools are you creating out of the image? Is it linked clone/full clone/instant clone?

Are you using KMS/MAK/AD to activate the windows?

You can skip the licensing activation using below KB and later activate them:

Skip the license activation using registry edit as mentioned in last comment:

Take a look at page-53 for activating Instant clone using KMS https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-7/7.12/virtual-desktops.pdf

If it still fails, login to the VDI using local admin and check the system events for KMS and also in KMS server , match them to find out what is happening and to further troubleshoot.
