Scanner redirection - "Scanner is busy, operation can not be competed (-4437)

We are currently have an issue in our environment where all scanning on the Horizon 7 desktops does not work.

They were fine up until a week or so ago.

We have multiple different brands and models of scanners (document and flatbed) such as Canon and Fuitsu

Out desktop pool is Windows 10 desktops

When connected Scanner redirection seems to work as we see the scanners become available but when a scan is executed we receive the following:

  "Scanner is busy, operation can not be completed. (-4437)"

Scanning works on the local PC

I have updated to the most recent Horizon agent and client and get the same results.

Throwing in my towel and throwing this issue out to the community here to see if anyone else has seen this.

Have you tried taking off all the drivers and software for the scanners on one of the desktops and reinstalling one and confirming operations?
