In case that you replace default shell on Windows TC with Horizon client or something else, the scanner redirection no longer works.
Tested with Windows 7 thin clients & Horizon view 7.0.2.
In "Scanner-scanmgr-<date>.txt" the following error is logged: [ERROR]: Supervisor failed while scan is working.
If you then manually start explorer.exe on the TC so that the shell starts and reconnect to the desktop the scanner redirection starts working. From this point on it will continue to work even with shell replaced.
Did you use Koisk mode or something like that? Could you elaborate a little bit about how to replace the shell? It would be helpful if you provide me some detailed steps to reproduce.

Hi We are facing the same issue when we replace shell on the Windows Client. But if we don't lock the physical PC and use the client to log in the virtual desktop the scanner redirection is fine.
Please let us know if there is any workaround or solution.
