SSL Server Supports Weak Encryption Vulnerability - View Security Server

We recently had a PCI scan done on our network and it reported that the View Security Server had the following vulerability: SSL Server Supports Weak Encryption.  It recommends that we disabled support for LOW encryption ciphers.  Is this possible for the View Security servers?  Or is this even a real issue?

Thanks !

I guess you got an answer somewhere, strange no-one repsonded to your question.

I think the answer is that you have to add a locked.properties file to the security server and set the chiper and security protocols you allow.

more info about that file and what to put in there is found http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=101578...

Hope this helps...
