Reusing Virtual Desktop Names in an Automated Pool

I have several automated pools setup for users at my company. When a users leaves we generally remove their virtual desktop and provision a new one for their replacement. I have noticed that the newly provision desktops are just added to the end of the list - they don't replace a removed desktop (if that makes sense). How can I reclaim and reuse virtual desktop names after a virtual desktop is removed?

you could actually change the name in the adam database after it got provisioned.

which is more like a hack instead of a meaningful implementation and you would still to adapt vcenter and the netbios computername.

the reason its using the next name or number is that it got no problems joining AD like this.

would the computer account still exist the domain join could fail.
