Resolution or screen size evdi stuck at 1024x768 MacOs and Windows 10

The resolution or size of my evdi is stuck in 1024*768, im using horizon client latest version and tried in two different laptops that previously worked fine, same result i tried every posible configuration on the host machine setting horizon client

 Would you please have a check of your Mac client settings window whether resolution is "automatic" or "1024x768"?

 Please refer the attachment.

 If above cannot help, please try goto vcenter, power off the vm, wait 1m then power on and connect from client to retry.

 If all above cannot help, please file support ticket.
