As I'm sure you've realized, there is a frightening lack of this sort of thing for View right now. At a previous employer, we had used VBScripts and the View log files to put together our own usage statistics in an Excel spreadsheet. It wasn't pretty, but it worked. I've also found what looks to be a promising tool called the VMware View Usage Reporter (http://www.zandink.org/vmware/vmware-view-usage-reporter-v1-2/).
If none of this is going to work for you, I've heard that vCenter Operations for View is just around the corner, but I don't know how comprehensive that will be or what the pricing is going to be like. Sorry I couldn't be the bearer of better news than this. As View gets more popular, I think we'll see more vendors move into this reporting space, but for now it's a barren wasteland.
