Report of most frequent users?

I am review the documentation for a report, or way or reporting, our most frequent VDI users. It looks like maybe this is available with cloud hosting, but not on prem. We are running 7.10.0 build - 14584133

Is there a method of getting a list of our most frequent accounts connecting to Horizon?
