Remote connection failed or too busy

Hi gurus

I have a user that once connects and auth. to Horizon view client shows the following error

"The connection to the remote computer failed, it is possible that remote connections are nor enable on the remote computer or that the computer or network is too busy"

I have checked and remote desktop  is enable

I have unassigned and  re-assign the user again

I have checked that the user account is in good shape

now here is some kicker, if I am at the office and I try the user creds I can go all the way to the desktop both PCoiP and RDP but once from outside I get the error above, This is the only user showing this kind of behavior.

any help gurus will be appreciated

hi,

check is there any software firewall running on the laptop, like windows firewall . If so disable it and try.

Hi Y.

This VDI user is part of a pool, there is no firewall and all other VDI users on this pool are ok.

strange issue.
