Remote conexion client "equipment connection ended"

I have VMware View Client installed on my system and trying to connect to a remote system. After my credentials has been validated and was able to choose a desktop, the connection comes up and end immediately.

With local connection I don't have that problem

 Version are the connection servers 7.12

Version agent horizon  7.12

Version client 5.4.4 /and 8.0

Version UAG 3.4 protocol enable BLAST 

Here are the basics of our Fortigate rules:

VIP's

1. Sec. Server External IP to Internal IP - UDP 443 - UDP 443
2. Sec. Server External IP to Internal IP - UDP 4172 - UDP 4172
3. Sec. Server External IP to Internal IP - TCP 443 - TCP 443
4. Sec. Server External IP to Internal IP - TCP 4172 - TCP 4172
5. Connection Server External to Internal - TCP 443 - TCP 443
