Are there any built-in tools we can use to remote control a remote VDI session?

The helpdesk tool for horizon uses the Windows remote assistance utility that is baked into windows. That is your best bet for remote controlling a VDI session.

what do you mean by remote session??

you can connect with the end user through Helpdesk tool

and you can vSphere console to open the console

or third party tools

You can apply a Horizon GPO that enables you to view and control the console of the workstation from the vSphere console. Here is your answer. Please mark the answer as solved.

Yeah, but does that work with Blast?

That also doesn't allow nice things like copy/paste, file transfer, etc.

We are looking for a richer client experience.
