I am planning to optimize my Laptop as per enterprise standards using optimization tool, can I get the best template for optimizing my Laptop.

You do know that this is the View section?? Where everything is virtualized??

My guess is you want to use the VMWare OS Optimization Tool?

I think that all (or at least most of them) are virtual machine based and mostly VDI. If you download the client you can now searcg the database for available profiles. There might just be one for a notebook.
