Will the refresh and recompose activities impact the Windows and Office Product Activation inside the desktop virtual machines ? Will these cause to lost the activiation information ?

Do you use mak keys or Kms?

KMS, I just want to know if it will contact the KMS server for new activiation or not, after Refreshing & Recomposing'',

BTW, if i use MAK key, how to deal with such situation?

Refresh will not run activation but recompose yes.

MAK is not supported use case.

refresh actions will not, ilicite a new activation process but a recompose will as it is a brand new VM.  further MAK based activation is to my knowledge not supported.
