Redirection POS Verifone Vx810 Vmware View 5.1

Someone have experience to redirect a POS (Point of sale) Verifone Vx810 to virtual desktops in VMware View 5.1

scenario:

ESXi 5.0 U1

VMware View 5.1

Guest O.S: Windows XP SP3 (with Tools & Agent installed).

Testing the device i could connect it to virtual machine but through vCenter console, installing USB controller first and then connecting the USB device in Edit Settings.

Unfortunally this error is origined in Client / Agent versions.

Compatibility versions:

- View Agent 4.6

- View Client 4.6

- View Connection Manager 5.0 U1

If you use a mix of View Client 5 and View Agent 4.6 device is split in two devices, and drivers installed in Guest O.S. don´t work propperly.

An important consideration is Agent 4.6 doesn´t work wit Composer 3.0 so only is possible deploy a Manual Pool for this desktops.

I´m waiting for answer of VMware support team, I think is possible rebuild a driver in new versions of agents and clients.
