Recompose single guest fails for specific pool

Hi',

I am having trouble recomposing machines in a specifik pool. The composer works for the pool, if i delete unassigned vm's, new ones are created.

I have been looking in C:\ProgramData\VMware\View Composer\Logs, but no errors are found.

Any pointers in what to look for?

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=200102... <--- this is not the error.

Thanks in advance

I find that when anything goes wrong with a recompose (error or not) its usually due to something being messed up in the ADAM and Composer DBs

I would use ADSI edit and check the VM against what you see in View Admin and clean the DB up.

Use this link if you havent already and let us know if it helps -->  http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=100865...

I'm not really sure what to look for in the ADAM database. The object that fails to recompose it self looks fine in the db, still refers to correct MasterVMTemplate.

Any pointers?
