Recompose issue - Lose MS default apps, Calculator , Sticky Notes

Hi All, wondering if any of you have seen this issue. After a recompose some of the users will lose access to the calculator and Sticky notes applications. The quick way of getting around it is giving the user a new profile but this is not a good solution, I would love this fixed. Anyone see it. Google searches show that it is an issue all around but it seems very pronounced with my VDI users after a recompose.

Is the issue on both Linked Clones and Persistent Desktops?

My google research has shown it can happen on any type of destkop ( physical or virtual ) but it is happening too often on my Linked Clones which use Persistent disk for Profile.
