We're using thin client joined into domain and experiencing reclusive unlock problem. When user unlock their local workstation after 20 minutes, sometimes the VD stuck at log screen. User have to unclock VD by pressing Ctl+Alt+Del from Horizon client toolbar.
The GPO has enabled connecting as current user and unlocking remote sessions.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there any audit or trace log that can find out the issue?

"Login in as current user" checkbox: Enabled
Unlock remote sessions when client machine is unlocked: Enabled
Virtual Desktop
Screen saver enabled when idle for 20 mins
Power options: High performance
Require Password on wake up: Never
Turn off hard disk: Never
Turn off display: Never
Local thin Client
Screen saver enabled when idle for 20 mins
Power options: High performance
Require Password on wake up: Never
Turn off hard disk: Never
Turn off the display: 30 mins
