We've been using View with RSA for over a year now and most of the time it works fine, but randomly, about once every couple of months, a user will not be able to connect with their RSA code. (physical dongle or mobile app)
The first time it happened I was stumped. I repowered the P25 0client, changed the keyboard incase a key was sending the wrong character, etc.
In the end I found that if the user deleted their username from the prompt and re-entered it then it works.
When it has happened since I've checked that the username hasn't had any extra characters or spaces inserted before or after it. It always looks fine, but the user can't login until they re type their username.
Has anyone else had similar problems, or can suggest a solution?
Unfortunatley it is totally un-reproducable, so all I can do is wait and see if it happens again.
