Random connection protocol errors when a user attempts to access Horizon View
Hello,
I have the next enviroment:
Horizon View 7.13
Horizon Agent 7.13
Instant Clones with Float Assignment
AppVolumes 2.18
UEM 9.6
Vcenter Server 7.0.2
My users are randomly experiencing any of the following errors. Different users, from different geographic locations, from different networks...
-Black screen at login.
-The display protocol is not available. It happens as much as with PCOIP as Blast.
-View Agent reports that it has an existing desktop request in process at this time.
When these errors appear, without user interaction, multiple connection attempts are launched (the user continues to see the errors from the previous paragraph, he cannot launch those new connections), and different clients (thinclients, windows horizon client...) with different versions.
When this happens I have to manually delete all the machines that the user has tried to connect to. They can immediately reconnect without problems.
To solve it, I have tried everything I can think of: Windows version, Firewall, Windows version, horizon client version, thinclient version ... I even tried to set up a new environment with Horizon 8 and I detected similar errors.
Any ideas? Here is the log fragment of the Horizon Admin error.

You have described a lot of problems, and the circumstances that cause these problems are diverse. It is recommended that you open SR and provide a detailed log for further analysis.
-Black screen at login.
-The display protocol is not available. It happens as much as with PCOIP as Blast.
-View Agent reports that it has an existing desktop request in process at this time.
