RTAV not working in Horizon Client 2209+

Did something change/break in newer versions of the Horizon client?  I can't get RTAV to work in versions newer than 2206.  The webcam lights up like it's in use, but no video shows up.

Our environment is still running on Horizon 7.9.

I think 7.9 has been end of life? If so we would not support it with newer clients.
