RSA not wokring on Horizon RDS Pool

We have RSA enabled on an RDP server. RSA prompts the user when they RDP from the standard Windows RDP client. We have added this server as an RDS Desktop Pool. When users log in via RDP via the Horizon Client, they are not prompted for RSA  credentials. Is this normal behavior? Can it be stopped?

Assuming this is RSA SecurID, Horizon View doesn't support this on the RDS Host itself. Instead RSA SecurID should be configured on Horizon Connection Server. The user of a Horizon Client is then prompted for SecurID credentials when they log into Horizon View. The user then doesn't need to enter credentials again when launching a virtual desktop, and RDSH desktop or an RDSH app as this is handled automatically by single sign-on.

We have a few hosted applications that require SecureRSA(Dual factor). We do not want dual factor enabled for most pools or applications but only for these select few. We also have a requirement to use the same URL so we cannot separate out connection servers just for the Dual Factor apps. Citrix could handle this without issues via SecureRSA on the guest OS.
