I have a farm of 4 RDS hosts that are setup in a RDS Desktop Pool. It seems that more times than not if a user disconnects, during re-connection instead of getting attached to their previous session Horizon starts a new session for the user. It gets to the point that one user has 4 sessions, one on each server, with 1 active connected session and 3 disconnected.
I'm on server 2016, Horizon View 7.5.1, using RDSH Profiles via GPO, best I can tell DNS is fine both forward and reverse. The 4 RDS hosts are not setup in a RDS session pool via Windows. Last time I contacted support about this issue they were of no help. Thoughts?
